All members may submit new fiction (Copywrited in the 12 months prior to submission) to be considered for our Annual Fiction Awards. There are categories for all genres of fiction, and for published, self-published and unpublished work.
Select self-published or unpublished work submitted to the FWGA may be selected for publication in FWGA: FIRST CHAPTER, a quarterly publication that highlights the first chapter of select self-published or unpublished authors . These publications are distributed to the literary industry, film, television and worldwide consumer markets.
FWGA:FIRST CHAPTER is the only FWGA publication dedicated to the promotion, marketing and community of the previously self-published or unpublished author.
